The show is aired on AM 1050 here in Houston , and streamed live on www.kchnradio.com for anybody else, anywhere in the world. The time is 1 pm to 6:00 pm (US Central Time) on Sundays. We are offering a lineup that will cater to a large demographic. Our program menu is hip enough for the younger ones and still informational and constructive enough for the older generations. Our lineup includes:

Radio’s “MVP Talk” & “Swahili News” anchor: Fortunatus Bundara	*1. MVP Barraza:* a round table discussion about issues affecting our communities in the USA and abroad. We feature prominent guests and the phone lines are open for callers (including international calling).

Safari Mukule: Apprentice Sound Engineer and Thony Ngumbu: Executive Director	*2. MVP News Journal:* news broadcast conducted in 4 languages: French, Swahili, English and Arabic

“Keeping the Faith” team: Marion Elias, Benie Ngumbu and Pastor Paul Wembolenga	*3. Keeping the Faith:* Platform for religious leaders to talk about their congregations and community initiatives.

“MVP Sport” host: Eric Kamgnia	*4. MVP Sports Corner:* Discussions on African Athletes abroad and in the USA ; sports updates and interviews. Phone lines will be open for you to pitch in with your opinions.


“Keeping the Faith” & “MVP Entertainment” hosts: Marion Elias and Benie Ngumbu,	*5. MVP Entertainment:* Entertainment news and updates, African Movie reviews. Also featuring the exclusive *MVP Top 10* music hits of the week.

MVP Legal ” host: Solomon Musyimi, Attorney at Law	*6. MVP Legal:* Two Lawyers answering your questions and discussing legal matters including hot immigrations topics.

ADVERTISEMENT RATES

“On air” advertisement rates

Regular rate for 30 seconds spot $30

Regular rate for 5 plays of 30 seconds spot $120

Minimum package is 5 plays or once an hour. Every additional play will cost $15 on the same Sunday

Regular rate for 60 seconds spot $60

Regular rate for 5 plays of 60 seconds spot $240

Minimum package is 5 plays or once an hour. Every additional play will cost $30 on the same Sunday

Regular rate for 15 minutes segment $250

Not more than 1 per Sunday (Airtime will be deducted from the talk show segment)

Sponsors will be acknowledged with 10 seconds spots each time we resume the program after a commercial break.
